Hi! We are working with a client who is hosting a multi-day conference at a hotel in Austin. They would like to have a variety of activities set-up during registration for guests to enjoy and network with each other. They have specifically asked for sport or game activations/simulators that encourage competition as well as wellness activities like chair massage, IVs, oxygen bar etc. However we are open to other options. The activations will be set up for approximately 4 hours. The $10K budget listed is meant to cover the expense on multiple activations, so looking for each activation to be in the $3K range

I can handle this in any of the names cities and any of the dates. WE can do the following:

DJ/MC and hosting of the event. $2200
Mobile Bar service. $1800 with no alcohol provided/ $2800 With alcohol provided
Exotic pet shop that come out with many different animals. $1500 we can also do pictures with one of our large snakes (9ft) for a total of $2000
