Looking for an AV provider for a mid-sized conference General Session- set up Saturday 11/1 Sessions start Sunday 11/2 at 11am - Tuesday 11/4 at noon Set crescent Rounds for 250-300 Stage: 16ftx12ft with steps, ramp 2 Screen & projectors -Rear projection, 9x16 ft screen with framing and dress kit Laptop to run presentations 1 Confidence monitor and speaker timer 1 Clicker 1 Podium with Microphone 3-4 handheld or lavaliere microphones 1 audience microphone on stand Stage wash lighting with uplighting Pipe & Drape GOBO of logo 1 Breakout Room Set for 75-100 ppl classroom style Set up Sunday 11/1 Sessions Monday 11/2 8am - Tuesday 11/3 10am Stage 8ft x12 ft minimum with steps (ramp if possible) 1 screen/ projector Front projection 6ft x 10ft with frame and dress kit 1 Confidence monitor & Speaker timer 1 Clicker 1 Laptop to run presentations 1 Podium With microphone 3-4 handheld wireless microphones (handheld or lavaliere) Meeting Rooms conference or U shape tables for 10-20 ppl.
