Location: Las Vegas Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89109 Dates*: June 15-16, 2025 *Please note the full conference dates are June 9-12, 2025 but we only need photography services on June 15-16. Scope of Work: Photos will need to include, but not limited to, speakers, panels, award winners (getting awards and after), etc. Other shots should include individual and group photos, candids, VIPs, networking and any other photos requested by AAMD. Agenda at a Glance: Sunday, June 15 – 7.5 hours 8:00am – 11:30am (Welcome and General Session) 8:30am – 11:30am (Workshop) 11:40am – 12:30pm (Lunch Symposium) BREAK 5:30pm – 6:30pm (New Member Meet & Greet) 7:00pm – 8:30pm (Expo, Posters, and Welcome Reception in Exhibit Hall) Monday, June 16 – 6 hours 7:00am - 12:00pm (Exhibit Hall) 8:00am -11:45am (General Session and Outstanding Achievement Award presentation at 8:55 am) 8:00am – 10:00am (Workshop) 11:55am – 12:55 pm (Lunch Symposium) Total hours: 13.5 Deadline: Please have all bids submitted to Jenni King by March 7, 2025 EOD.
