Hello, We are looking for AV production services to assist with a live stream for our event on March 21st, 2025. Additionally, we will need staging and the following equipment: - SMD Screen (16ft x 8ft) - SMD Panels (4ft x 8ft) in the hall to display facts & figures - Media Wall (12ft x 10ft) The event will run from 9am to 9pm. Please provide quotes for setup and breakdown, on-site staff for the entire duration of the event, and any other associated costs. Thank you!
