Looking for a local Bay Area vendor to provide all-inclusive decor and design services for a Hospitality program to be held over Super Bowl weekend. We are still in the process of selecting our host hotel and reception venues but want to get started vetting suppliers who can provide these services for all of our events.

Event Host Overview: Over Super Bowl weekend, our client will welcome ~100-150 Customers and Executives to a top-notch hosting program that will include several activities and receptions. On arrival day, guests will check in at our host hotel and proceed to our Hospitality Suite for program registration. The suite will also be used to house our Gifting Experience and serve as a gathering place to conduct meet and greets in a comfortable, high-end, elegant atmosphere. Other program events include a Sales Dinner held Friday evening, a Saturday evening reception, and a Game Day Brunch held Sunday morning prior to the game.
