General Event Details ITEC= IEEE Transportation Electrification Conference Setup: Tuesday, June 17 Event: Wednesday, June18 - Friday, June 20 Site: Anaheim
Space assignments: We will be in the Ballroom E/F for keynote, with the breakouts in the surrounding rooms as well as in OC ballroom. Capacity Charts This is a breakout heavy event for electrical engineers who focus on electrifying all types of transportation. There will be  at least 25 oral session with 5 speakers each, plus 6 panels, 4 tutorials, and 4 short courses. This may change.

Keynote needs (Wednesday & Thursday)
Room is 10,080 sq ft,
currently planning to seat 408 classroom and 370 theater.
Room runs 8am-12pm

Speaker ready room? This is something up in the air and depends on your capabilities. This past year, we had one, but ended up going almost wholly unused as many submitted before the start of the conference. Those that didn’t were able to upload directly to the laptop that was provided in the room without difficulty. We would prefer not to have one. If needed, hours would be 8a-5p w,t,f
