Hello, We are hosting an event at the Gaylord Palms Hotel for 2,000 attendees. We are looking for entertainment and activity options for the event and right now are looking for ideas to review. We are thinking of a fun Photo Booth as well as games that can come on-site to our event. The event will take place on 11/19 around early evening- timing is still being worked out as is the exact location. If you can let us know some ideas and options and any pricing associated we can add to our proposal for full review. We are not looking at budget at this time as we would like to just get an idea of what is out there. Want it to be fun/unique and intriguing for people while attending the event. Thank you.
