We are looking for a photographer for multiple events. Dates: January 12 - 14, 2025
-Sunday, January 12th, Happy Hour 5pm-8pm
-Monday, January 13th,Kickoff General Session 8am - 12 @ a Library
Kickoff Breakout Sessions- 1pm - 5pm- I don't imagine them wanting photos of every breakout
DISCO Company Party- TBD, likely 6pm - 9pm
-Tuesday, January 14th Kickoff General Session 8am - 12 at a Library
Kickoff Breakout Sessions 1pm - 5pm, They're talking about doing some kind of team-building event in lieu of sessions this day
Women's Reception- TBD, likely 5 - 6pm and GTM Awards Dinner, TBD, likely 630 - 10pm
We're working to make sure the women's reception and the awards dinner are in close proximity to each other
